SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER/BUSINESS ANALYST (INVESTMENT CONTENT MANAGEMENT)
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a SENIOR IT BUSINESS ANALYST/PROJECT MANAGER TO WORK IN THE ADVISROY SOLUTIONS TEAMS. Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity with a market leading global company then please have a look at the details:
OVERVIEW:
- Setup of an Investment Content Management (ICM) for the division Advisory Solutions. The vision of the initiative is that clients receive relevant, personalized and actionable investment content.
- In order to achieve the vision, the processes in the area of content creation, maintenance, and distribution need to be redesigned and automated.
ROLE:
- Act as product owner/business analyst for the "Investment Content Management". Define processes/capabilities in the area of
- o Content creation:
- o Content management:
- o Content distribution:
- o Content retrieval and search
- o Content archive:
- o Workflow Capability
- Closely liaise with key stakeholders in Advisory Solutions, Front units, IT and CRO
- Facilitate & lead workshops with all relevant stakeholders in order to define the target processes with regard to investment content
- Collect and prioritize requirements in order to establish a product roadmap
- Drive change within the content creation team together with the senior management
SKILLS:
- 8+ years in a similar role (business analysis, project manager, product owner) in the financial industry
- In-depth expertise in banking, finance, financial products, banking and advisory processes.
- Solid knowledge of the Wealth Management: products and services, investment & advisory processes
- Broad experience and strong skills in process analysis and process design
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of relevant IT-Tools and systems in the research & publication process
- Experience with the implementation of content management systems
- Know-how with regard to legal requirements in a cross-border context (eg distribute research publication cross-border)
- High degree of familiarity with projects in a complex
