SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER FOR PB COLLATERAL (80% - 100%)

Exciting and challenging role as IT Project Manager within Private Bank Collateral IT with the opportunity to lead a work stream of a complex program (Margin Rule Program/MRP) interfacing with global IT and business counterparts across Europe, Asia and the United States. PB Collateral IT is a functional team under the Collateral Management, Clearing and Valuation (CCVAL) organization in Operations IT.

The project is part of a global, bankwide program of work in place to implement new Collateral regulations (BCBS/IOSCO) within an existing and new application suite in the Private Bank. Integration of business process and integrated systems changes is also necessary, hence sound experiences in collaborating in a program context is a must in order to be successful

Opportunity to execute PB Collateral projects through successful analysis, business partnerships, business case development and project management.

Responsibility to ensure delivery on time and in budget as well as in terms of cost, schedule, resourcing, quality, client relationship in business and IT as well as CCVAL stakeholders

Ensure architecture compliance by collaboration with CCVAL functional and domain architects
-

Responsibility to successfully establish and manage project governance structure and delivery processes and driving enhancements at the project and program level (MRP)

Accountability to establish and maintain a professional and sustainable stakeholder relationship with IT stakeholders, business partner and sponsors
-

Opportunity to manage project and program dependencies (MRP) with all interfacing projects, applications and deliverables and helping define standards and best practices throughout project/program life cycle

YOU OFFER:

-

Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related subject; alternatively an equivalent education or working experience within one of these fields
-

Proven track record of minim. 6 years' professional experience, of which at least 3 years have been spent within a complex Matrix-structured environment in the financial/banking sector and in the role as a senior project manager
-

Sound understanding of structured project management in banking area, preferably with knowledge in collateral management
-

Solid experience in leading complex and time-critical regulatory projects and leading developer team on-shore and off-shore
-

Flexibility to work on both agile and waterfall projects with the relevant knowhow in both methodologies
-

Certification in PMP (PMI) would be of advantage, any other certification within project management is a further plus
-

Excellent English language skills, preference will be given to candidates who are also fluent in German

Ability to create concise and clear reports and presentations and to communicate effectively to senior management, stakeholders and SMEs
