Projektbeschreibung

Seeking a proven Senior Project Leader to lead a cross-group collaborative effort to bring a new product from concept/incubation through to a successful worldwide marketplace delivery. This person will work directly with many roles within the business unit to capture their best thinking and work output to guide this new business forward to an on-time delivery over multiple quarters.

Specific responsibilities include providing daily support for tracking and managing the entire team's delivery of assigned project tasks, activities, project milestones and resources. This will also include developing, maintaining, and managing written project requirements, plans, timelines, issues, risks and challenges, while also supporting business owners to drive a large program or multiple parallel projects, working closely with program/process owners to identify business change needs and leading the consensus-building necessary to adopt a manageable organizational change strategy, managing large programs and complex projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities. An essential key to success is to staying focused on the strategic picture and assure that others always keep it in clear view.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum of 8 years of program management experience
- Master's degree required, MBA preferred
- Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications
- Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills to successfully work across a large enterprise
- Ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate identified issues
- High-powered analytical skills
- Must have excellent communication skills to all levels from junior team members up to executives
- Experience working with external vendors and partners, strong project management skills, proven leadership skills, and demonstrated experience managing large-scale programs from concept to global delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required

Customer/Technical Opportunity Analysis

- Monitor, analyze and inform the team about market shifts and trends
- Provide regular updates of competitor activities
- Anticipate where the market is headed and provide recommendations

Competitive analysis

- Analyze, synthesize and present info in concise format
- Explain how competitors are evolving their service
- Understand and describe competitors (eg what they offer, how many users, etc.)
- What are they likely to do and what the client should do going forward

Product Management

- Identify, define, and translate user segmentation models across themes; influencing the product teams to act on prioritized recommendations
- Prioritize planning themes and features with engineering counterparts
- Inform product and feature development given their cross-group impact
- Define and validate prioritized scenarios, which resulted in influencing product teams to act on prioritized development recommendations

Community Advocacy and Feedback

- Design, develop, implement and manage a plan that maximizes the customer's voice in informing the development of the product
- Ensure implementation team is involved in and informed of customer feedback
- Inform future product plans based on customer feedback
