Senior IT Project Manager

Seeking a Project Manager with experience with Web enhancements, strong soft skills strong communication skills, and knowledge of Agile banking. Includes the management of complex, high value delivery projects that require the coordination of development, operations, marketing and design to achieve desired functionality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Leads a matrixed team and once the project is complete, the PM will move to another project that will have a different team mixture.
- Interacts with both senior leaders as well as peers.
- Identifies and negotiates solutions to address project challenges.
- Challenges ideas and works with disparate groups to bring about consensus.

SKILLS

Must have proven and substantial experience leading complex IT development or financial projects (typically 6+ years) and a thorough knowledge of the IT development life cycle. Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical. Must have the ability to lead a team to desired outcome. Exposure to Agile methodology is needed. Significant understanding of technical environment required; financial industry knowledge desired. Must have proven ability to lead large/complex matrixed team from many different internal groups. Must be a solid influence expert with 5-7 years of experience required; good team work skills are also needed. Must have excellent technical acumen, with 5-7 years of experience required.
