SENIOR IT PROJECT/DEVOPS LEAD
My client, a global logistics company based in Brussels are currently looking for a Senior IT Project Lead. You will incorporate the whole 'value-added' chain involved in development and implementation solutions that meet the needs of the Business and the Partners whilst embracing Development
- Negotiate issue's resolution when needed
- Act as a coordinator across projects to prevent delays or misunderstandings (eg: definition of interfaces or SOA services)
- Manage the performance and effectiveness of 3rd party vendors in the delivery of quality application software
EXPERIENCE
- DHL Express knowledge 2-5 years minimum
- 5-8 years of experience in software engineering (With BS/BA) and methods including formal methods (eg PRINCE2/Agile)
- Experience in software engineering (with MS/MA) and methods including formal methods (eg PRINCE2/Agile)
- An experienced professional contributor with responsibility for an advanced area of work in the professional field
- Knowledge and/or Experience in application of the subject matter expertise as described in the relevant Competencies Development sheets
- Inquisitive and analytical mind
- Excellent understanding of the role and potential for IT in a business context
- Proven ability to manage non-direct reports to achieve results
- Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural multi-functional environment where consensus is critical for success
- Customer and end-user focused
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
