We are looking for a Programme Manager to join us on a 12 month fixed term basis to focus on the implementation of this Field Sales Management Program (FSM) in the UK & Canada initially, then Central Europe and Asia. As a Programme Manager on this exciting project you will become the central point of coordination working alongside the Business Lead to ensure that we have a program-level critical path and appropriate cadence to ensure that each work stream comes together on time and in budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plays the lead project management role, assuming responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects, ensuring that realistic project, quality and risk plans are prepared and maintained and that a project change control request (PCR) procedure is in place.
- Executes Molson Coors project management methodology & provides oversight and consulting guidance to Portfolio Managers and individual work stream owners
- Proactive in riskallocating and monitoring tasks, motivating staff and appraising individual performance on the project across a number of work streams
- Ensures that own projects are formally closed and where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are captured and appropriate action taken.
- Contributes to the improvement of project methodologies and execution to lower risk and improve delivery. Ensures teams understand project processes, their role and manages communications to project team. Works with business leader regarding their role in leading the project.

QUALIFICATIONS:

For this role we are looking for a an experienced Prince 2 qualified project/Programme Manager who has extensive experience in managing large, global, complex or transformational projects.

This position is UK based but will have global scope which means that you must be prepared to travel up to 30% of the time( mainly within the UK, Prague and Toronto). Canada is a key launch market, so this position will require some evening-time GMT stakeholder calls and for occasional weekend working around Technical Go-Lives.

The role may be suitable for Mobile working, with the requirement to be in Burton on average 2-3 days/week so if you're not terribly local don't let that put you off!
