Senior IT Program Manager - Liquidity Management (5015)

For a project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

SENIOR IT PROGRAM MANAGER - LIQUIDITY MANAGEMENT (5015)

In this role, you will be working with multiple business areas, technical architects, business analysts, developers, and testers to define and deliver the Bank's new intraday liquidity management solution.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 8+ YEARS HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT OR RELATED EXPERIENCE IN A GLOBAL FINANCIAL SERVICES ORGANIZATION (BANKS PREFERRED)
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING COMPLEX SOLUTIONS IN GLOBAL BANKS THAT ARE DRIVEN BY BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS
- DEEP KNOWLEDGE OF INVESTMENT BANKING PRODUCTS, THE FULL F2B PROCESS CHAIN WITH A SPECIAL FOCUS ON REFINANCING (FUNDING REQUIREMENTS)
- Sound understanding of the fundamentals of treasury and operations functions
- A formal qualification as project manager (eg PMP)
- Very strong stakeholder management
- Proficiency in conceptual, technical planning, risks, and dependencies impact analysis
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH, GERMAN IS AN ADVANTAGE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Run a major transformation program in the area of unsecured funding - intraday liquidity management
- Partner and collaborate with experts as well as stakeholders across the organization
- Think strategically, making business cases that hold up over the long-term
- Manage the staff of a project team
