SENIOR IT PROGRAM MANAGER (DIGITIZATION)
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a SENIOR IT PROGRAM MANAGER FOR A DIGITIZATION PROGRAM. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

OVERVIEW:
- To take part of one of the client's largest combined business and IT initiatives. It aims to transform the IT landscape towards digital applications and services, and roll out new functionalities, to gain a competitive position on the market.
- Areas covered are Corporate & Institutional Clients, Private Clients (including international locations) and the bank's Relationship Managers.
- The program is managed in a fully Agile mode
ROLE:
- Management of the Program, which brings Digitalization functionality to Swiss-booked international clients
- Applying the Agile methodology SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) at a large scale
- Budget responsibility of multi-million
- Handle tough timelines, conflicting priorities and challenging timelines
- Deal with stakeholders on senior management level (reporting, decisions, escalation, etc.)
- Drive organizational development activities to ensure rollout readiness of the organization
- Collaborate with existing SUB Digitalization programs
SKILLS:
- Over 10 years of experience in Program Management in financial or banking industry
- Experience managing over 20 million budget
- Leadership skills on program level on multiple projects
- Significant experience with Agile, ideally SAFe approach
- Cross-divisional experience collaborating with different key stakeholders
- Fluent in English, ideally German
- Swiss banking experience highly desirable
