Senior IT Program Manager

For our customer we are looking asap for a Senior IT Program Manager, who has experience in international Transition and Transformation activities. This role has 2 major aspects: Take the across all Transition activities and, potentially, Transformation - subject to award of contract) and deputise for the TCS Program Director (all areas).
Moreover you need to work in close cooperation and alignment with Business stakeholders, the Program Director and colleagues.

The key accountabilities and challenges for this role include:
* Ensure that the Leadership team (matrix) is briefed on all matters pertaining to the Program (deputising for Program Director). Monitor the resourcing situation – key Client concern
* Ensure that the company delivers its contractual and project responsibilities and obligations. Negotiate and decide on changes. Challenges here are that the original contractual milestones have changed – as has the sequencing of transitions. Some aspects of the Contract remain vague
* Be the principal liaison with all (Client) stakeholders – ensure they are briefed and provide necessary inputs and approvals to the Transition on time - Client has tower leads that align to the companys tower leads also
* Represent the Company on all matters with Steering Committee / represent Client’s interests inside the company
* Provide direction and support the Project teams and Tower leads – escalate and address blockers as needed
* Take full accountability for all transition deliverables, milestones, assumptions and decisions
* Meet regularly with the Client leadership team – address and manage Client / internal escalations

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

* Transition and Transformation Management – definition, design, development, delivery
* Experienced in leading complex contractual Client programs
* Well versed in systems – applications, infrastructure, Citrix (desirable) – roll out, transition, management
* Solid ITIL experience
* Solid project management and governane – (re) establishing the correct disciplines
* Experience with offshore working model (matrix model)
* Strength in developing, influencing and motovitating ‘C’ level stakeholders
* Able to create and foster buy-in from a big team
* Be able to be on-site Monday through Friday
* Be able to travel if required (Transition Regions, possible offshore)
