For a project at our clients site, an Insurance Company based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
SENIOR IT PM - INSURANCE/APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT (4274)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF DELIVERY
- INSURANCE EXPERIENCE AND KNOWHOW IN RISK ENGINEERING, POLICY & CLAIMS AND INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE SOLUTIONS
- YOU HAVE LEAD AT LEAST ONE PROJECT IN THE DIGITAL SPACE
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is an advantage
- Fluent in English and German
THE IT PROJECT MANAGER WILL OVERSEE PROJECTS IN THE 1 MIO TO 2 MIO RANGE, ALL IN THE POLICY & CLAIMS AREA. INSURANCE BACKGROUND IS ESSENTIAL.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the SCRUM Master
- Select appropriate processes required to meet the Project Objectives
- Adapt to and apply different delivery methodologies including Scrum and Waterfall
- Establish and maintain appropriate communication and engagement with Stakeholders
- Balance the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk to produce the specified product, service, or result
- Conduct Risk Management planning, identification, analysis, response planning, and controlling risk on a project to increase the likelihood and impact of positive events, and decrease the likelihood and impact of negative events in the project
