SENIOR IT DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER (60-80%)
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a SENIOR IT DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for ideally a German and English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. ROLE:
- Project Management and Lead of an RFI/RFP for the renewal of our client's Intranet
- This role is 60-80% workload within 2017, with the potential extension for 2018 at 100% workload
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead RFI/RFP
- Stakeholder Management & requirements gathering
- Leading of vendor selection process
- Project management within the delivery unit, ensuring the delivery of all relevant artefacts
- Plan, Monitor and control program/project progress (schedule, budget, scope, quality)
- Identify, analyze and manage all relevant stakeholders
- Identify, analyze, mitigate and monitor program/project risks
- Decision board (Program board/STC) moderation and preparation
- Staff and manage program/project resources (including internal and external staff, third parties/vendors and implementation partners)
- Provide regular communication to the stakeholder according to the defined communication plan
SKILLS:
- 5+ years of experience in leading global/international IT programs/projects within the banking industry sector
- In-depth knowledge of (digital) CMS Tools (Content Management System) and Collaboration Tools
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (including agile methodologies)
- Strong computer science fundamentals
- Change management experience in driving organizational changes taking full account of oppositions and differing stakeholder priorities.
- Project Management certification
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Swiss Private banking background
- German language is highly beneficial
