Senior IT Consultant - Process and Integration Focus - Procurement - P

We are looking for an IT expert, who has process analysis and design experience, ideally in the Procurement space, to join our team as a key player to ensure end to end integration is realized:

THE IT EXPERT POSITION REQUIRES THE COMPLETION OF THE FOLLOWING DELIVERABLES :

a. Documentation of end to end business flows, identifying data elements and data flow needs
b. Documentation of IT Landscape and components (global, regional and site level)
c. Documentation of Interface Maps (site level)
d. Review end to end Training materials
e. Preparation for workshops and demonstrations.
f. Produce and/or support the production of workshop material (process alignment meetings)
g. Identify and analyze process gaps, resolution and generation of recommendations.
h. Drive and lead optimization of process design.

THE IT EXPERT WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

1. Senior level - 10+ years SAP experience, ideally MM/SRM
2. Full life cycle implementations in Core modules of SAP -
3. Advantage - knowledge of the end to end Procurement process
4. Knowledge of interface/Middleware technology and terminology
5. Experience leading and influencing

6. Ability to present complex information clearly, and to management level

Nice to have:
+ Pharma experience
+ SAP MM

Location: Switzerland

From 01/03/2016 to 22/12/2016 - Extension possible

Remote work - once a week after onboarding phase (to be approved)
