We are currently looking for a Senior IT Change Manager for a fantastic opportunity to work for a global pharmaceutical organisation in Switzerland for a duration of 3 months+..PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE*

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support of internal OCM (Organizational change management) for the implementation of a Group Function (FG) Operating Model.
This includes:
- Support of the internal OCM Leads in developing an OCM concept.
- Development and implementation of Operating Model E-Learing Modul.
- Development and creation of an FG Operating Model Handbook that will support employees during the implementation process of the FG Operating Model.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Must have skills
- Sound knowledge of Change Management (ADKAR)
- Has to be able to recognize the overall context
- Dynamic person with strong presentation skills
- Fluent in English
Nice to have skills
- German (core team speaks German)
- Pharma knowledge desirable
- Knowledge of Google sites and E-learning tools
