Senior IT Change Manager

JOB LOCATIONS: Basel und Region, Switzerland or Welwyn, UK
START DATE: ASAP (candidates that are available earlier are preferred)
DURATION: Till 31.12.2016 with a possibility of extension
WORKLOAD: 100% (80% onsitecollaborate and ensure alignment with the change and adoption management team of the Program

Tasks:
- Work primarily with the project business & IT Leads, implementation Lead and Changeability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional, global environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to apply strong writing and editing skills to communications for a variety of media and channels.

Nice to Haves:
- Pharma experience and broad knowledge of organizational structures and functions.
- Experience interacting with and influencing managers, senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Experience in a Pharma Development environment.
- Additional languages are a plus: eg German Drug development.
- Knowledge/Experience with Entimo/EntimICE (this is the vendor and name of the tool that shall be implemented)

Remote work option:
- Up to 20% remote possible with prior approval (eg on Fridays)
