Senior IT Change Analyst - ITIL - Change Management

Senior IT Change Analyst with extensive experience working in a complex technical environment ideally within the public sector required to manage a legacy ITIL Change Management process while the existing Change Manager works on designing and implementing a new Change Management process. The Senior IT Change Analyst role will cover some duties typically undertaken by a Change Analyst and other duties typically undertaken by a Change Manager.

Essential Skills & Experience:
*Strong IT Analysis/Management experience with a solid track record of ITIL Change processes within the government, NHS, or Higher Education sectors.
*ITIL Foundation (V2 or V3)
*Technical Change Management experience
*Experience of working in a complex technical environment with multiple technologies in place
*Strong inter-personal / stakeholder management skills
*Negotiating and influencing skills
*Attention to detail

Senior IT Change Analyst - ITIL - Change Management

*ITIL Change Management Practitioner
*Previous experience of implementing Change Management
*Knowledge of BMC RemedyForce
*Knowledge of Dreamweaver
*Practical hands on experience with other ITIL processes
