- Challenging and exciting position as SENIOR IT BUSINESS ENGINEER within the global Digital Private Banking program (DPB)
- Responsibility to ensure alignment and harmonization of the global offering/global capabilities between all regions
- Accountability to elicit, document and manage global features and requirements (functional/non-functional) in alignment with global and regional stakeholders
- Opportunity to support the design and review of the defined business processes and maintain global features/requirements repository
- Ensure E2E consistency from global features to requirements (mainly for workstream - spanning features) and - wherever possible - reuse of already created artifacts
- Responsibility to closely align Business Engineering activities with business and IT stakeholders
- Opportunity to build and maintain a sustainable and professional stakeholder management with parties from both IT and business

You offer:

- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; alternatively an equivalent education in one of these topics
- Proven track record of MINIM. 5+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS ENGINEERING IN A SIMILAR ROLE SUCH AS BUSINESS ANALYST, REQUIREMENTS ENGINEER EG IN AN INTERNATIONAL AND MATRIX-STRUCTURED ORGANIZATION IN THE BANKING/FINANCE AREA
- Experience on working on PROGRAM LEVEL
- PROFOUND KNOWHOW OF BE-TOOLS SUCH AS JIRA AND ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT
- EXPERT KNOWLEDGE OF USE CASES, DATAMODELLING, UML
- Excellent knowhow of BE METHODOLOGIES (EG BABOK) AS WELL AS FRONT- AND ONLINE BANKING EXPERIENCE ARE OF ADVANTAGE
- EXPERIENCE in LEADING MULTI-NATIONAL and VIRTUAL TEAMS in a MATRIX-STRUCTURED INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION
- Fluent English language skills, preference will be given to candidates who are also fluent in German
- Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Switzerland
