Senior IT Business Analyst - UML2 (4946)

For a long-term project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a SENIOR IT BUSINESS ANALYST - UML2.

You'll be working in a small team that consists of multiple roles which are all part of the software development life cycle process and which are supporting the successful project delivery.

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

- 10+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE AS AN IT BUSINESS ANALYST
- STRONG BACKGROUND IN BUSINESS ANALYSIS METHODOLOGIES INCLUDING REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT, DOCUMENTATION AND UML2 VISUALIZATION
- Technical background with experience in Software Development is an advantage
- Strong understanding of what it takes to run successful projects in the financial industry
- Excellent teamplayer and communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND GERMAN

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as primary point of entry for analytics
- Analyse, document and evaluate the business processes, products and services around analytical marketing and sales
- Define Business Rules/Use Cases to describe how user actions are tracked on the web pages, how this can be organized and used for digital marketing or analytical purposes
- Support the project manager in BA related topics, like requirements management, specification, tracking
- Coordinate and coach Junior Analysts
