Senior IT Business Analyst - Senior Business Systems Analyst

Our direct Fortune 500 client in the greater Cleveland area is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a 12 month contract. This exciting project is at one of the largest IT organizations in the area, and is a great way to showcase (and enhance) your skills at a solid company!

Required:

- Expertise in the creation of standard requirements artifacts, including use case diagrams, systems requirements documents, (that include functional and non-functional requirements), traceability matrixes and context diagrams.
- Expertise at requirements elicitation and interviewing techniques to gather requirements from subject matter experts (SMEs) and project stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
- Ability to learn new terminology and concepts quickly.
- Ability to see big picture and conceptualize an end product.
- Strong PC skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Ability to negotiate and foster cooperation.

Pluses:

The following are preferred:
- Experience with HP Quality Center or Application Lifecycle Management
- Industry standard requirements management experience a plus (eg IIBA/CBAP certified)
- Experience in Agile methodology a plus, including writing story cards.
