For a 6 months project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

SENIOR IT BUSINESS ANALYST - CYBER THREAD MANAGEMENT (3661)

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED BUSINESS ANALYST within banking/financial industry. The ideal candidate will also have experience in DEPLOYING COMMERCIAL CYBER SECURITY SOLUTIONS SUCH AS ENDPOINT and network security controls.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 8+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AS IT BUSINESS ANALYST IN REGULATORY ENVIRONMENTS IN FINANCIAL INDUSTRY
- 4+ YEARS EXPERIENCE SECURITY BACKGROUND MANDATORY
- EXPERIENCE DEPLOYING COMMERCIAL CYBER SECURITY SOLUTIONS SUCH AS ENDPOINT AND NETWORK SECURITY CONTROLS
- WORK EXPERIENCE WITHIN LARGE GLOBAL ORGANIZATIONS - COVERING MULTIPLE TIME ZONES AND CROSSING MULTIPLE DEPARTMENTS
- Detail-oriented, self-driven personality with work experience in an accurate way for documenting
- Strong communication skills in creating consensus among stakeholders on controversial points so clear conclusions/decisions are reached and protocolled
- Act as an structured problem solver who can juggle multiple projects and responsibilities in parallel
- University degree or equivalent education in a technical field
- Fluency in English

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Thrive on collaborative and iterative approach to coordinate a significant program stream, delivering efficiencies on a daily basis
- Gathering requirements from and negotiating them with business stakeholders
- Establishing adequate Requirement work products while taking in account quality, effort and timeline
- Complete, consistent and reconciled Requirement work products
- Effort estimation regarding Requirement work products
- Finding solutions to business problems as part of the overall strategic roadmap
- Evaluating existing processes and optimizing them in terms of efficiency and risk mitigation
- Contribute information to IT Project Manager regarding risks and issues
- Ability to solve complex challenges with little guidance
- Bring the drive and interest to work in a global team/interact with management across all levels
- A motivated and self-driven individual with a keen interest to develop drive global efficiencies within a banking/IT environment.
- Keen interest to work globally across regions and cultures and interacting with all management levels
