- Strong documentation preparation skills and the ability to accurately document user requirements which are objective.
- Able to conduct user workshops to elicit requirements.
- Prepare process maps
- Strong understanding of case management systems and in particular the Resolve application.
- Strong communication skills (presentational, oral & written)
- Design and documentation of workflow requirements.
- Strong ability to analyse and make decisions about process improvements.
- Excellent business analysis skills and the ability to validate dependent projects.
- Knowledge of Resolve - Case Management System - Desirable
