Senior IT Advisor HR

Projektbeschreibung
- Engage with stakeholders across the business and look after demand management. You'll listen for, and capture, the future IT needs of the business and you'll align them with the overall strategic direction
- You will be the business partner to HR
- You will also shape demand in the business. You'll put investment proposals together and will work with the internal IT organisation to make sure of their delivery. This will also allow you to act in an advisory/steering capacity for other active projects
- You will collect input from the business and IT to develop the annual IT Operating Plan
- You will maintain an 'external lens' by keeping up to date with latest technologies and trends across the external market
