SENIOR INVESTMENT RISK MANAGER - WEALTH MANAGEMENT-GENEVA The EMPLOYER Bank having a solid reputation, our client is looking for a SENIOR INVESTMENT RISK MANAGER for his Geneva office. The purpose of the role is to anticipate all the investment risks of the wealth management. The JOB You will report to the CRO and your main responsibilities will be, together with the team you will lead: * Identify and manage different kind of investment risks for private clients, including market risk, liquidity risk, credit risk, etc. * Manage investment risk for funds, pension funds, life insurance, etc. * Assess the suitability of investments and portfolios (in line with client's risk averseness) * Anticipate and limit risks linked to financial assets selection (Equity Research, Fund, Fixed Income, Structured Products) * Keep up to date on financial markets and proactively identify relevant risks + actions to address in order to limit the portfolio exposure * Quantitative risk analysis using statistical and econometric models * Establish reporting system and internal control * Act as a key partner for the management in terms of quality and risk controlled portfolio management * Ad hoc specific projects linked to investment risk management The REQUESTED PROFILE In order to be eligible for the role, you will have: * Education in finance, business, economics or similar * A confirmed experience in finance and risk management, especially in investment risk management (private investment bank environment) * Team leading experience - risk management area * Solid understating of the investment products, such as Fixed income, Structured products, Funds * Strong analytical and synthetic skills with excellent communication skills both oral and written, in French (native or similar) and in English (fluent) * Coordination skills and ability to work front office oriented, having multiple internal interactions * EU OR Swiss passport, preferably living inSwitzerland The OFFER Large and diversified role, including people management and real expertise in investment risk management, this job offers a real challenge to take.
