Senior Investment Executive (part time Contract)

Harvey Nash has an exciting contract opportunity for a Senior Investment Executive to join a large public sector organisation based in Glasgow. The role will be an initial 10 week contract and will be worked on a part time basis of 21 hours per week, which can be worked over 3, 4, or 5 days per week.

Working within the investments arm of this business, the role holder will be responsible acting as the primary contact between the investments team and the finance team. You will be looking after a portfolio of approximately 280 companies and you will be responsible for creating pro-forma templates for each company. This will involve inputting information on all investments made and financial information from the company's annual and management accounts. You will also coordinate the valuation process and producing weekly update reports to document progress.

Experience required:

. Previous experience with financial analysis, ideally within investments
. Project management experience
. Advanced Excel skills
. Accounting or finance degree or equivalent experience is desirable
. Experience of company valuation methodologies is desirable
. Economic development experience is also desirable.
