The successful candidate will possess the following;
- Ideally 5+ years with Internal Communications at a senior level.
- Track record in Financial Services.
- Ideally experience within Payments functions in FS.
- Ability to produce Communications Plans and Strategies, with appropriate Delivery Channels and Materials, and subsequent measurement of effectiveness.
- Good understanding of Change Management.
- Excellent Stakeholder management skills.
