My Health client within Central Government are looking for a senior Interim who specialises in the customer and complaints field. The role will encompass the review and reframing of the customer experience as it relates to the people who contact the organisation.

It will cover all aspects of the customer journey, including:
*removing barriers to the delivery of a great experience;
*acting as a champion for the customer; and
*systems for the collection, analysis, tracking and use of intelligence.

This individual will have the scope to develop a small specialist team to support them in the project.

The individual we are looking for an exceptional individual with extensive experience of the design and delivery of outstanding customer service, whether in the public, private or third sector.
Demonstrate a passion for the importance of the customer voice and how to champion its impact in a complex system, such as health and social care.

Key skills and experience will include:
*Customer experience: strong customer focus,
*Strategy:
*Analysis
*Designing and delivering transformation programmes
