Senior Integration Manager

Senior Integration Manager with HR applications, data models and team management experience required to join our client team near Zürich for a 6 months mission (renewable). As an Integration leader, you will be part of the HR transformation program including the worldwide implementation of a new HR cloud software

Your mission:

- Drive the process integration (methodology and stage gates)
- Ensure sustainability of the solution during the operations
- Coordinate and monitor day to day project work with all internal and external resources
- Ensure a proper preparation of process by coordinating the involved IT departments
- Ensure liaison with functional teams
- Validate significant technical decisions, risk management, ensure priorities are met

Your profile:

- Minimum 7 years experience in a similar position - Manager experience
- Experience with HR applications, ideally HRIS experience
- Familiar with data models
- High Degree in Business Administration
- Strong lateral leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Solution oriented
- Fluent English, German is a plus
