Senior Instrument Technician - III Job

SR. INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN - III needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in DURHAM, NC.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Follow current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) and good documentation practices (cGDPs)
- Interface with other departments, contractors and disciplines on scheduling repairs and maintenance of clean utility systems and production equipment
- Ability to work with and troubleshoot and calibrate complex clean utility systems to include reverse osmosis skids, clean steam generators, vapor compression stills and water for injection systems
- Complete preventative maintenance and calibration work orders, resolve deviations and evaluate equipment performance for efficient operation of clean utility systems

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Must understand and know how to troubleshoot, repair and calibrate reverse osmosis systems
- Clean steam generators, vapor compression still and water for injection systems
- Support, participate and embrace an empowered team culture including significant interaction with Automation, Quality and other support groups
- Order and maintain spare parts for these systems
- Review and update SOPs, job aids and task lists for improvements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- 10 years of maintenance/utilities experience supporting a quality operations lab or
- A 2-year degree and five years of experience or
- Associate Degree In Industrial Systems, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical or Instrumentation
- Experience working in a GMP/regulated manufacturing environment
