Senior Inspection Engineer (Structural)

Focal point for topsides and subsea structural integrity
Maintain integrity database
Prepare workpacks
Initiate, facilitate and lead RBA reviews
Prioritise and drive inspection related repairs necessary to maintain asset integrity in conjunction with designated Client focal point
Perform fitness-for-service assessments and make recommendations for modifications and changes in operating practices to maintain structural integrity and deliver continuous improvement
Collate and maintain integrity management records (including inspection and testing reports, maintenance and remedial reports)
Ensure the timely reporting and assessment of anomalies, and developing recommendations with the designated Client focal point
Develop detailed structural inspection workscopes from the asset structural inspection strategy and agree them with the designated Client focal point
Review structural inspection workscopes and procedures, and ensure correct pre- task briefing
Manage structural inspection execution works
Provide annual technical integrity assessments and prepare fitness-for-purpose summary statements
Review and agree all structural subsea inspection workscopes with designated Client designated focal point to confirm adequate inspection coverage prior to offshore mobilisation of the execution contractor
Assist subsea team in management of inspection and maintenance execution
Review completed inspection reports from all execution contractors and bodies
Produce annual summary inspection reports for the designated Client focal point, to summarise the anomaly results, recommendations and actions to repair or monitor
Assist the designated focal points to prepare and maintain the subsea and topsides structural inspection strategies as required
Manage anomalies and proposing remedial plans with the designated Client focal point
Lead and/or contribute to development of fabric maintenance strategies, programmes and plans, and managing further study and analysis work for any problem solving
Co-ordinate and make presentations to management and authorities as required
