Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW

Senior Infrastructure Project Manager Digital Private Bank- Technical Business Partner Global Project and Delivery Management

- TBP GPDM Switzerland is part of a global organisation with the aim to deliver either complex global or cross organizational infrastructure programs and projects to improve services for our customer and optimize processes, costs and operation world-wide.

Key Deliverables:

- PM for infrastructure large scale project within the client Digital Private Banking program
- As the key single point of contact within Technical Infrastructure Services is mandated to orchestrate and review high-level Infrastructure within the project.
- Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the project
- Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure timely, profitable and successful execution of engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction.
- Minimizes project risk exposure within the Digital Private Banking program.
- Manages project scope and mitigates risk within the Digital Private Banking program.
- Strong adherence to milestone objectives set by the overarching program.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership

- Minimum five years PM experience, preferably in an Infrastructure environment in a financial institution
- Pursues excellence in all aspects of business.
- Possesses the expert knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change.

- Works across practice to share lessons learned and best practices.

Client Management

- Able to communicate at all levels within the Organization up to Senior Management.
- Proactive stakeholder management towards A/D management and if necessary business side as well
- Able to manage multiple issues simultaneously by applying a holistic view.
- High level of negotiation skills to manage conflicting requirements to find reasonable solutions
- Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale project within the client Digital Private Banking project
- Anticipates client needs and proposes alternative business solutions.
- Continually seeks and capitalizes upon opportunities within the technology and processes to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Possesses a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.

Internal Operations

- Easily recognizes areas for internal improvement and develops plans for implementation.
- Lends expertise to internal teams and task forces.
- Reviews the status of project and report this to the Program
- Proactively addresses issues as appropriate.
- Complies with and enforces standard policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES

- Degree or higher education in Information technology, business/economics or equivalent
- Multi-Year experience as IT project manager in projects involving coordination across multiple teams

(preferable in IT infrastructure environment or platform engineering; eg ITIL) - Fluent in English is mandatory and German is a key differentiator.
- Extensive experience in implementation and methodologies
- Delivery Framework including (certification on level IPMA-B or PMI-PMP) and understanding of change programs in particular
