Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Our client is a leading healthcare company seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their Middleware team. This team provides Tier 2 application and customer support for their SaaS product offering. Applications supported include Apache HTTPD, Apache Tomcat, PHP/Zend, Single Sign On and LDAP. An ideal candidate would have 5-8 years system administration experience, along with some network and SQL knowledge.

WORK DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

- Tier 2 application and customer support
- Break-fix support
- Project related tasks
- Rotating pager duty: Currently 24/7 for one week in about 7-8 weeks
- Occasional weekend maintenance hours required

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Content delivery support (3-5 years)
- Apache HTTPD, Apache Tomcat, PHP/Zend, Single Sign On and LDAP
- Unix/Linux (3-5 years) intermediate level required
- Customer Service skills intermediate level required
- Ticketing System experience intermediate level required
- SQL knowledge preferred
