- HIGH PROFILE EDUCATION
- Substantial management experience at a Senior Executive level gained in a complex operating environment in the public, private or not-for-profit sectors.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline.
- High level technical knowledge and successful experience developing and implementing data management and reporting systems to an ISO accredited standard.
- Demonstrated high level skills in strategic analysis, and one or more of: statistics, evaluation, psychometrics, Business Intelligence or other relevant key area.
- Strong record of achievement in high-level management, including people and financial management skills to ensure effective utilisation of resources, for leading staff to achieve objectives, managing conflicting priorities and complex issues.
- Proven experience and achievement in high-level policy formulation, and in-depth understanding of Government policy, direction, objectives and service delivery functions (highly desirable)
