Senior Information Advisor

SENIOR INFORMATION ADVISOR

For one of our leading tech clients we are urgently looking for a Senior Information Advisor for a 12 month contract in The Hague. The successful Senior Information Advisor will be part of a team of advisers at their Information Management Department. In this capacity, he/she will, in addition to the regular adviser will act as a consultant in one of our clients larger, strategic projects. In this project, it is important that this person is able to react with all levels within the project including stakeholders and project manager, information management, security officer, architects, clients, various business parties, information manager, suppliers and connecting them together.

REQUESTED QUALITIES:

EDUCATION:

- Business Informatics
- University working and thinking level
- Project management, preferably PRINCE2
- Minimum 5 years experience in the field of counselling

THIS PERSON HAS KNOWLEDGE OF AND EXPERIENCE WITH:

- Information sent to work (BI and data mining)
- Process Analysis and Design
- Requirements management
- Information architecture in an SOA environment
- Analysis techniques (SWOT, PESTLE, etc)
- Basic and core records within the government/municipality (System)
- Complex IT environments with Oracle

THIS PERSON PREFERABLY HAS EXPERIENCE WITH:

- change management
- Working in a political environment
- Working in a complex government/municipal organization
- Organization transcending advisory

CONTRACT: 12 Months

LOCATION: Netherlands - The Hague
