SENIOR INDUSTRIAL DESIGNER

Location: London

Our client, a leading Telecommunications company are seeking a Senior Industrial Designer to work in their Handset and Device division, with a strong focus on Smartphones, based in their London office.

Responsibilities of Senior Industrial Designer:

- Lead important design projects, where the most important task is to constantly produce exceptional product designs
- Generate high quality designs which can be globally accepted by customers in Europe and China
- Capture emerging global trends and consumer needs, incorporating the observations and analysis into the design of smartphones

Skills & Experience needed from Senior Industrial Designer:

- Track record in design/design management in a major handset/smartphone manufacturer:
- Nokia/Microsoft
- Samsung
- Motorola
- Blackberry
- Sony
- LG
- HTC
- Apple
- Philips
- Or top Tier Telecom Operator
- 8+ years in industrial design in consumer electronics such as mobile phones, smartphones, devices etc.
- Excellent design portfolio and successful design cases for the mass market
- Educated to Degree level or higher
