We are looking for a Senior Indoor Radio Planner with perfect management skills. This person needs to be a technical oracle for the Indoor Radio Planners.

The Senior Indoor Radio planner will support the network service delivery objectives with regard to roll-out services. Next to it, the Senior Indoor Radio Planner will guarantee optimal coverage
- Organize and attend meetings with the client or external parties;
- Evaluate (drive) test data to identify performance issues;
- Recommend RF solutions and carrying out changes to improve site performance;
- Support corporate coverage requests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS SENIOR INDOOR RADIO PLANNER

- Bachelor degree (technical/telecommunications);
- A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in the RF INDOOR planning field;
- Specialized in RF Planning and Optimisation (GSM, UMTS, LTE);
- Familiar with RF planning/mobile operator roll-out process;
- Experiences in RF hardware configurations and system updates/upgrades;
- Knowledge of tools: iBwave, Atoll, Mapinfo, etc;
- Very experienced in Link Budget calculation and validation;
- Strong analytical skills to determine radio network impact in changing environments;
- Safety training (VCA, Working at heights);
- Experience in the European Environment, able to communicate with Dutch Landlords, Site Engineers and Negotiators;
- Speaks English fluently and clearly, speaks preferably Dutch
- Needs to have good indoor knowledge (preferably practical experience as well);
- Must have good inter personal properties. Must be able to delegate and communicate with other departments within the organisation.
- Works independent, but is also a team player;
- Should not be afraid to pull rank at management, or other departments.
- Ability to write clear and understandable guidelines, procedures, including for other departments.
- Inspiring personality, leading, "people" manager but with technical skills.
