An exciting opportunity has come up with a leading tier one bank in London for a Senior Independent Complaints Reviewer to assist in the Customer Complaints Centre. This position will be on a part time basis (17.5 hours per week).
In order to be considered for this role candidates are required to have the following experience:
- Proven banking experience, ideally an ex-banker, people with a PPI insurance background swill not be considered for this position.
- Senior experience in Complaints handling with commercial lending/restructuring experience
- Strong experience of managing commercial/corporate accounts from previous assignments
PLEASE NOTE CANDIDATES MUST BE AWARE AND BE HAPPY WITH THE PART TIME 17.5 HOUR WORKING WEEK.
