For our client in Zurich, we are looking for a

SENIOR IN-HOUSE RECRUITER

for a 6 month's assignment with a globally operating bank.

Are you a people person? Do you know what it takes to find new talents and bring them on board?
We're looking for someone like that to help us:

- manage the whole recruitment process for the German speaking region of Switzerland
- identify and hire the right candidates for our business
- build relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners
- work closely with colleagues in other HR teams
- make sure candidates and hiring managers get a seamless recruiting experience

YOUR TEAM:
You'll be based in Zürich. But you'll also be able to draw on our recruiting network worldwide. We're problem solvers for hiring managers, making them happy by getting the right candidates.

Your experience and skills:
YOU HAVE:

- worked in a similar position or have other professional experience directly serving customers face to face
- preferably already gained experience in recruitment or HR within the financial services industry

YOU ARE:

- somebody who can work under pressure and deals well with peaks and high volumes
- passionate about human resources and dedicated to delivering best in class services
- an excellent negotiator and communicator
- always professional (but you have the human touch)
- fluent in both German (incl. comprehension of Swiss German) and English
