Senior Implementation Consultant (w/m)

Our Client based in Frankfurt/Main, Germany, is an international operating company providing business software solutions and is looking for a senior implementation consultant (w/m). It is a permanent position directly with our customer. We offer a direct employmant with a NYSE, NASDAQ listed company with very bullish ratings which is a Microsoft Gold partner and apart from winning the CRM watchlist Award 2017 also winner of the Microsoft Application Development Partner award in 2013.

Location: Frankfurt

Type of contract: Permanent Contract

Your key tasks:

Identify and deliver quantifiable business value that is consistent with the customers objectives.

Hands-on configuration to meet client needs - adjust and re-configure pre-defined solutions to meet customer requirements

Provide functional leadership and facilitation of customer workshops.

Establish, track, and manage project expectations as related to the critical path for application deployment.

Provide timely communications (verbal and written) to leadership, project teams, and business customers as appropriate.

Achieve strategic customer objectives and profitability defined by company management

Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet the companys standards

Drive account development in accordance with overall strategy

Expand Cloud Services within assigned customers

Renewals (Maintenance, Saas, Term, Cloud)

Work with Enterprise Account Manager on License/Module upsell opportunities

Must be able to work alongside multiple disciplines within the company, such as business development, product management, and development.

Your profile:

5 Years Project Management experience

worked with international cost and project manager companies and specialist OEMs supporting Mission Critical environments

Successful personnel record of delivery of projects

Preparation and management of budgets in excess of EUR250k

Proficient in the use of MS Project and other MS Office programmes

In depth knowledge of general construction building, M&E works and local authority approval process

Fully versed in PM tools, techniques and methods.

Strong time management skills, ability to demonstrate initiative, ability to work accurately under pressure

ability to operate in an open management style and structure with an emphasis on team working

German and English fluent.

willingness to travel 2-3 days/week
