(1)POSITION TITLE: SENIOR ICT OFFICER (PEOPLESOFT/HR)

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Grade: P.4 (International Professional)

Job Responsibilities:

-Clarifying business requirements  through the use of Concept design planning, Feasibility studies and Rapid application development.
-Designing functional and technical solutions for new or amended ICT services to meet the defined business requirements, and presenting to external Managed Service Provider
-Leading small to medium ICT service development activities through a project life cycle
-Ensuring that changes to ICT services are managed through the change and release processes
-Functional and technical requirements management at a functional and non-functional level
-ICT development functional leadership, operating as system architects and implementing the ICT architecture defined by the Senior Architect (applications)
-Undertaking quality assurance of delivered solutions from a functional perspective (Functional testing, Integration testing, Business Process testing and User Acceptance Testing)
-Transparent communication of functional progress to ICT Project Management function and/or ICT Service Development Chief
-          Maintaining quality and accurate documentation for their functional area, that meets agreed standards.

Essential Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

-          University degree in ICT or relevant subject
-          A minimum of 12 years ICT experience with at least 8 years experience in in the systems development and business analysis area:
-          Experience in the area of PeopleSoft HR & Payroll with demonstrable experience of developing functional requirements and managing new service development in the area of PeopleSoft HR & Global Payroll.

(2) POSITION TITLE: SENIOR ICT OFFICER (PEOPLESOFT/SUPPLY CHAIN)

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Grade: P.4 (International Professional)

Job Responsibilities:

-As business interface for the delivery of ICT services, is responsible for undertaking business analysis to understand business requirements for new or amended ICT services and managing the business' expectations
-Developing a strong collaborative business partnering relationship to understand business requirements and deliver continual ICT service improvement
-Clarifying business requirements  through the use of Concept design planning, Feasibility studies and Rapid application development.
-Designing functional and technical solutions for new or amended ICT services to meet the defined business requirements, and presenting to external Managed Service Provider
-Leading small to medium ICT service development activities through a project life cycle
