Senior HRIS Analyst - Multinational Business - East Yorkshire

A Multinational Medical Equipment Manufacturer based in East Yorkshire is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst on a permanent basis.

The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for supporting global HR systems including SAP, SuccessFactors, Taleo Recruitment, and Org Plus as well as US based vendor interfaces. This will include participating in the identification and implementation of new systems as well as ongoing assessment, management and administration. The position will be expected to drive, influence, and partner with HR and IT to best leverage the systems in place and drive improvements where necessary.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years HRIS experience including designing, delivering and enhancing global HR systems to meet the needs of the HR organisations required. Experience in participating on global HRIS projects and working with & troubleshooting multiple technology platforms.

Salary: £35,000 per annum
