Our client is a leading global financial services organisation based inCanaryWharf. At present they are seeking an experience HR Systems/HRIS Analyst to join their Human Resources department. This role will provide international support within the group, with a particular focus on the Reward team. This is a permanent position paying up to £60,000 as a basic salary. This role will involve: * Providing support to all reward systems * Working on reward HRIS related projects * Supporting with any systems modifications and enhancements * Dealing with systems queries from the reward teams and producing practical solutions on a daily basis * Hands on training and certain UAT activities * Being a main point of contact for Reward systems issues within the organisation globally. The ideal candidate will have: * Strong experience of working with HR Syetms(HRIS) * Excellent analysis/technical skills, including Excel and Access * Strong interpersonal skills * Degree from a numerate discipline.(preferred)
