Senior HR Strategy VP - HR IT Strategy, Business Process re-Rengineeri

Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for a SENIOR HR STRATEGY VP for one of our major clients, a global bank headquartered in Zurich, who could start ASAP.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Act as the authority for system relevant design work with the counterpart in IT
- Support the Program Director for HRPST to design the future, long-term HR system architecture, that ensures that business needs are met by the right structured HR business architecture
- Develop a business architecture strategy based on HR strategy
- Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the HR function 
- Describe the primary business functions of HR and distinguish between automated, self-servicing, support, administrative and consulting business functions.
- Support the design of a HR system landscape with its dependencies to other organizations and systems
- Define the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data (HR data model)

PERSON AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English speaker; German is a plus)
- Able to manage senior/executive stakeholders in the bank
- Broad HR background across main HR functions; 5-10 years of experience with HR function and as HR IT Strategist
- Extensive experience modelling business processes into IT system requirements
- Ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions
- Broad knowledge of HR processes across the HR functions; combined with business process reengineering experience
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to deliver pragmatic, high-quality results with tight deadlines
- Extensive international experience working within global Matrix organizations and with multiple system providers
- Highly organized and structured work style; demonstrated capabilities in problem solving
- Willingness to travel on frequent occasions
