Senior HR Oracle Tester - HR Oracle, SQL Language, ISEB, Cards, PaymentsOur client is leading global financial services company based in the city and we are currently recruiting a Test Analyst who has experience in of HR Oracle Database and RDF are looking to attract the best talent for the position..*The successful candidate will work with clients and colleagues to select and use best methods and tools to analyse project documents with the aim of producing detailed test plans, perform the testing, monitor and re-test fault correction required in all, or in specific stages, of the project life cycle including systems testing, user acceptance testing and release testing. *Research, analyse and present appropriate options to meet business needs, demonstrating awareness of the project within the wider context. *Must be capable of working without supervision and may be required to supervise the work of other technical support staff. *Must be capable of planning phases and / or small projects, using appropriate tools, such as inspection and reviews, integrating with other projects as appropriate. *May act as Line Manager or Assignment Manager for a small team. *Responsible for the effective use of resources, and may also be accountable to a Project Manager for managing the interests of other identified project/service stakeholders.Experience: Demonstrable knowledge of IT tools and techniques, Test Skills: Structured System Testing experience including writing of Test Strategies, Test Plans and Test Completion Reports. Plan, prepare and execute test scripts and conditions on a timely basis and complete all test activities within agreed timescales, liaising with all areas of IT and the business.Technical Skills:*HR Oracle, SQL Language.(MUST HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE)*Cards-related Business and Systems experience highly desirable. *Experience of Hr Oracle Financials is highly desirable but not essential *Must have ISEB Foundation Accreditation in Software Testing or equivalent.Technical Knowledge: *Business Environment Knowledge *Commercial PC Software *SDLC -Waterfall and Agile *Estimating *System Testing *Support User Acceptance Testing *Operational Acceptance Testing*Security Testing
