Advantage Resourcing are recruiting an experienced HR professional who has specialist experience in governance, complianceensuring HR governance is maintained; adequate controls are in place and HR Audit actions are progressed.
Key Responsibilities:
-Overall responsibility for HR policy and procedure management.
-Acting as key driver for change on HR policies - researching and recommending best practice, drafting changes and consulting relevant parties prior to approval.
-Maintenance and updating of HR policies and procedures on Policy Manager.
-Responsible for maintaining adequate procedural documentation to ensure legal, regulatory and Permanent Control requirements are met
-Take the lead on audit actions which impact our Regulatory reporting obligations Liaise directly with the -local Audit team and HRE Head of Permanent Control
-Assist in driving HR process improvements and efficiencies initiatives as directed by the HR functional managers. Facilitate the implementation of agreed process changes and ensure processes are up to date.
-Support the Human Resources Managers to manage the relationship with the pre-employment screening provider and the visa and immigration agent, conducting periodic service review and act as process escalation point for HR Generalists.
You:
Ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent) or hold Graduate/Chartered MCIPD status.
Experience within a generalist HR role with a focus on compliance and governance within professional Services
Excellent planning and organisation skills in order to balance and meet multiple priorities/deadlines whilst managing expectations.
