Senior HR Manager - Banking - £100k+

My clients' are a global investment bank based in Canary Wharf. They currently have a requirement for a Senior HR Manager to join the team supporting the technology function. Reporting to a Global Head of HR, you will support an International client group and work with the leadership team to aid business leaders to meet key objectives through the strategic and innovative use of people resources. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively identify areas where HR can add value, and to lead solutions in support of strategic goals and improving organisational performance. You will be collaborate with the business to fully understand the key business performance issues, objectives and drives, and associated people requirements for both the current and future business challenges.
