Contract 6 months
Location: Oxford
Pay: 350-400
Role
Collaborate with and support the HR Team activities across the business
First escalation point for query resolution to deliver first class, customer focused solutions to employees, business leaders/managers and the HR Team including, where appropriate, advice on employment law and procedural advice
Support projects relevant to contract(s) eg mobilisations in or out, downsizing, office moves
Deliver end to end projects in own area of specialism, with guidance from HRD/Head of HR
Provide intelligent reporting to support and maximise business performance
Provide daily supervision of the HR Advisers/Administrators in line with weekly team plan, service level agreements, priorities and volumes, identifying knowledge and competence gaps and supporting the continued development of the team through training, coaching and mentoring techniques
Support Head of HR/HRBPs to deliver service levels and provide added value to the business
Support Head of HR/HRBPs to support people aspects of mobilisations and demobilisations
Experience
Proven generalist/specialist HR experience
Computer literate - Microsoft Office and general systems knowledge
Customer focus
Managing and developing others
