Senior HR Generalist with Payroll Experience (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-In this position you will independently manage the full HR cycle, like recruiting, managing interviews, organising on- and off-boardings, contracts etc.
-You will take care of the administration of life cycle processes and benefits, e.g. child care allowances, wedding bonus, birth bonus and child care
-The handling of confidential information and interface with Senior Management is another part of this job
-Also in international payrollling you will take part and work closely with your colleague who is specialised in payrolling

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-You have profound experience in all HR related tasks and in Swiss payroll administration
-Also you have the ability to coordinate and prioritize workload where appropriate
-Strong communicational & organizational skills are part of your profile
-You are an initiative, dynamic and flexible person who is able to talk fluent English and good German
-Also you have good PC skills (MS Office, Lotus Notes, SAP is an advantage)
