Senior HR Business Partner - Global Role - £100k+

Fantastic opportunity to undertake a Global Strategic HR Business Partner role within Investment Banking. My clients are a Global Investment Bank based in the Docklands. They have an excellent HR function and a reputation as an employer of choice with a flexible approach. They now have an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the business to support a sizeable, globally dispersed population. Reporting to a HR Director, you will be responsible for establishing a HR Strategy for your client base that will build organisational capability and enable the business to achieve its goals. Utilising both local and regional HR Business Partner teams and well developed centres of excellence, your well developed influencing skills will enable you to oversee the functional delivery of the HR strategy. Key areas of focus for the HR strategy are talent, organisational design, engagement and reward. You will act as a trusted advisor and coach to the Senior Management team in your business area and will lead on a number of regional and global projects. Candidates will have significant experience acting as business partner to a global or regional client group with a large population, ideally within a global matrix structured environment.
