RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
- Collaborating with the business to fully understand its needs and objectives for both the current and future business challenges
- Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
- Maintaining the succession plan and talent pipeline
- Coaching managers on performance management issues and ensuring delivery of training requirements.
- Implementing new HR policies, procedures and processes; managing HR budgets and driving employee engagement.
- Drive improved business outcomes through the development and implementation of an HR plan that delivers agreed HR interventions
- Develop DVSA Staff Handbook
- Responsibility for HR policies
- Ownership and implementation of HR policies
- Manage team of Business Partners
