My client is looking for a Senior HR Advisor on an initial 4 month contract based in London in the Financial, Data and Media Services Industry. Annual rate equivalent to 35/40k per annum.

Senior HR Advisor to provide best in class HR support to employees, line managers, the HR Manager and HR Business Partner. This role is an important conduct between HR Services, regional HR teams and the Business facing HR team. This role is a great stepping stone for someone looking to have a career in Human Resources within a global organisation.

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

* HR contact for day/to/day employee and manager inquiries (eg policy questions) and a triage to relevant HR Manager/Business Partner where appropriate.

* Work with local HR to support and co/ordinate regional HR initiatives.

* Provide guidance to Managers and employees in all aspects of ER including End to End Management of ER Cases and redundancy exercises.

* Provide support to the HR team in complex restructures and TUPE transfers

* Work closely with Global Mobility team to provide support and guidance through the International Assignment process. Advise on policies and procedures related to title, salary benchmark data for international transfer candidates.

* Provide support on immigration and visa cases for new employees as well as international transfer employees.

* Support managers in the recruitment process. Advising on process, diversity, correct job leveling and salary benchmark data as well as support orientation/integration of new and transferring employees.

* Create, manipulate and analyze HR data within Excel worksheets based on various business requirements by running standard queries and reports from our HRIS system, Workday. Provide guidance to employees, general managers, and the HR Community on navigation and use of HRIS systems.

* Conduct global audits of HR data, and work with HR Manager, Managers and appropriate to update relevant systems.

* Provide second/level support on compensation, benefits, payroll and employee relation issues that our HR Service Center is not able to solve.

* Participate in special projects within HR and the supported business group

* Work with the HR Business Partners and wider HR Team to deliver HR calendar activities and support strategic priorities and provide a first class HR service. eg end of year performance process and annual pay reviews
