Senior HR Advisor - Sheffield - £26,000 - £30,000

Eden Brown are looking to recruit a fixed term Senior HR Advisor for a Training Provider in Sheffield with the ability to travel to Saudi Arabia.

This is a fixed term role up until September 2014.

Seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor with International and line management experience to support the HR Business Partner with the mobilisation project and wider support to the existing HR Advisor team managing day to day activities

The project will include the following opportunities:
- Ability to support the UK HR Advisor team in managing day to day activities including ER case management;
- Experience in managing large scale recruitment opportunities, for internationally based employees, whilst experience in the Middle East isn't essential, it would be advantageous;
- Experience in writing policies and procedures.
- Experience in managing a team.

There will be a requirement for travel across the UK, and may also be a requirement for International travel, so the ability and willingness for this is essential.

Llooking for someone with a CIPD (or equivalent) qualification and a sound knowledge of UK employment law, to support the wider HR team as the HR Business Partner takes the lead on our International mobilisation project
